¿Puedo devolver mi pedido?

 

Debido a que nuestros carcasas son totalmente personalizados, no es posible devolver tu pedido.

Imprimimos los productos bajo pedido y son personalizados exclusivamente para ti, por lo tanto ya no podriamos ponerlo a la venta.

 

¿Puedo cancelar mi orden?

 

Si, siempre y cuando no haya entrado en estado "Procesando".

En caso de que tu producto ya este en "Producción" ya no se podría cancelar la orden.

Imprimimos los productos bajo pedido y son personalizados exclusivamente para ti, por lo tanto ya no podríamos ponerlo a la venta.

 

Para verificar el estado de tu producto entra en "ajustes" y después en "historial de compras".

 

¿Qué pasa si mi carcasa está dañada cuando llega?

 

Si la carcasa te llaga defectuosa o si por error te hemos enviamos algun otro modelo o no es tu diseño,

por favor, contáctanos en contact@customdat.com e incluye una fotografía que muestre el problema.

Nuestro equipo de soporte se pondra en contacto contigo para coordinar un nuevo envio de tu producto.

Ten encuenta que los colores no se suelen ver igual en todos los monitores o pantallas por lo que puede que haya una minima variacion de color en la impresion.

El plazo para un reclamo por un producto defectuoso o incorrecto es de 14 dias una vez el producto ha sido entregado al cliente.

Returns Policy

What is our policy on returns?

In the event that the CustomDat product received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, or if it does not materially match the description or pictures on the website, please contact us at contact@customdat.com and include a photograph that shows the issue so we can investigate. We will offer to send a replacement or alternatively a refund will be issued should we agree with your claim.

 

If you have requested a refund we may ask you to return the order to us using 1st class Signed For service.
Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk.

 

Because our cases are fully personalized, it’s not possible to return your order.
If you think something is wrong with your product, you can send an email to contact@customdat.com and we will check it for you.

 

The item is the wrong colour or size

If we have sent you the wrong colour or size by mistake, please contact us at contact@customdat.com and include a photograph that shows the issue. We will offer to send a replacement or alternatively a refund will be issued should we agreed with your claim.

However, if we have sent you the colour or size you ordered we cannot accept it for return as it has been made just for you. Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.

 

The image quality is not as good as expected

When you are uploading artwork, it is your responsibility to supply us with an image that is of good enough quality. This is further made apparent when using the designer tool. Artwork uploading and printing is fully automated and will not be checked.

 

The delivery address I gave was incorrect

Once dispatched, if the order is returned to us due to either an insufficient or incorrect address being entered, we will notify you and should you request that the order be re-dispatched we will send a payment request for the postage charge again. The order will not be re-dispatched until this payment is received.

 

What to do if the item is faulty

If the product we have sent you is faulty or damaged please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@customdat.com including a photograph to show the issue
